You simply have to try our BBQ Little Gem Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing this summer. BBQ’ing the lemon for the dressing adds an incredible depth of flavour, as does BBQ’ing the little gems themselves. It’s not often that you get to use the BBQ to create a salad, so this recipe is definitely worth giving a try. With a creamy, garlicky dressing balanced with plenty of lemon juice, this salad may seem simple, but the flavours are so much more complex.
This recipe uses Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil which is low in saturated fat and high in Omega 3, making this recipe ideal for a healthy and balanced diet. Simply click here to find your nearest stockist.
