200g sliced chicken
80g mixed babyleaf salad
Makes enough for a salad for 2.
To make your dressing, simply mix together your soy sauce, honey and Mellow Yellow Oak Smoked Rapeseed Oil. Mix well until all the ingredients come together to create a pourable, well-emulsified dressing.
Assemble your salad by placing the chicken on top of your salad leaves and drizzling well with the dressing.
