This Chinese style chilli and sesame stir fry vegetable dish is quick and easy to make and deliciously healthy too. The refreshing combination of pak choi, baby corn and onion, stir fried in a drop of sesame oil, soy and our Mellow Yellow Chilli oil gives a warm and well rounded flavour. We naturally infuse our cold pressed rapeseed oil with chilli flakes giving the perfect amount of heat and flavour, and the low saturated fat and high smoke point make it a great oil for stir frying.

Pak Choi, 3 small or 2 large, sliced
1 white onion, chopped into large chunks
baby corn, 175g pack, sliced
1 tbsp mellow yellow chilli oil
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 spring onion, sliced
After preparing your vegetables, heat up your wok or frying pan on a medium high heat for a couple of minutes. Give your Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil a good shake to release the wonderful chilli flakes and drizzle into the wok with a little sesame oil. Then fry pak Choi, baby corn, and onion for a few minutes before adding a good drizzle of soy sauce, and some sesame seeds. Fry for a few more minutes until just becoming tender.
To Serve sprinkle over some freshly sliced spring onion. These refreshing vegetables are great served with our wonderful Sesame Chicken.
