1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp mango chutney
½ cm ginger, finely chopped
½ clove garlic, finely chopped
Good pinch of salt
Good pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil
In a small box, mix together your lime juice, mango chutney, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour in your Mellow Yellow Chilli Oil and stir well to fully combine.
Pour over salad, fish, meat or vegetables and enjoy.
