Make sure you’ve washed your potatoes thoroughly before you peel them and try to keep your peelings as uniform as possible. Straight after peeling, get these in the air fryer and enjoy! Potato peelings (from 5 thoroughly washed potatoes)
3 teaspoons Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
Place your potato peelings in a bowl, simply drizzle over a little Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil, add a sprinkle of salt and toss to coat evenly.
Air fry on Max Crisp for around 5 minutes, giving a little shake and stir every 2 minutes, until evenly golden and crispy.
