Simple Granola

Either for breakfast or a snack this super healthy simple granola tastes great and is so quick, easy and cost effective to make. Customise by adding dried fruit, nuts and seeds.


300g oats
5 to 7 tbsp honey (adjust to your taste)
5 tbsp Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
1 heaped tsp cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a pan, add the rapeseed oil, honey and cinnamon, gently heat and mix together.
Add the oats, mixing well until they are completely covered in the oil and honey. Pour out onto a large baking tray and spread out about 1cm deep, it should be rough not pressed down.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Leave to completely cool before crumbling up and then store in an airtight container.
