Our super simple recipe for Honey Mustard New Potatoes is perfect for turning humble potatoes into a side dish that is singing with flavour! Using our Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing is a great way to add a perfect balance of sweet and sharp flavours. When it comes to the potatoes in this recipe, we would always go for a Jersey Royal. When in season, these little potatoes are uniquely nutty and absolutely brilliant for this recipe, but if Jersey Royals aren’t available, other types of new potatoes will work beautifully in this dish.
400g New Potatoes (we use Jersey Royals when they are in season)
1½tbsp Farrington's Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing
Salt & Pepper
Serves 4 as a side.
Wash and cut any bigger potatoes in half so all are roughly even.
Put your potatoes into a roasting dish and pour over your Farrington's Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat all the potatoes in the dressing.
Roast at 200°C (180°C fan) for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
