100g popcorn kernels
1.5 tbsp cold pressed rapeseed oil (for popping)
1.5 tbsp Chilli Oil (for tossing)
Pinch of salt
Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Drop in 2–3 popcorn kernels. When they pop, the oil is ready.
Add the rest of the kernels, stir to coat in oil, and cover.
Reduce to low heat and let the magic happen — shake the pan occasionally to stop burning.
Once popping slows, remove from heat.
While still hot, drizzle with chilli oil and toss well. Add salt if using.
