Why you should never eat a salad naked…

By adding a dressing to your salad, it actually helps make the salad healthier. The unsaturated fat in a Mellow Yellow salad dressing helps your body unlock the fat-soluble nutrients found in salad, meaning you can absorb even more of the important vitamins and minerals in your salad!
