Sausage Hot Pot with Honey & Mustard
Using our Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing, we have a created a simple one pot Sausage Hot Pot to feed the whole family. Simply put all the ingredients in a casserole dish, pour our preservative-free dressing over the top and cook. The honey and mustard flavours work brilliantly with the carrots and onions to produce a delicious dinner created with very little effort. This recipe is so easy to change to suit your own tastes, so swap the vegetables for family favourites if needed!

Ingredients
8 sausages
4 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 large onion, cut into large chunks
125ml Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing
A generous sprinkling of salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
Preheat your oven to 190°C. In a large casserole dish, add your carrots, potatoes, onion and sausages. Add a generous seasoning of salt and pepper and pour your Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing over the top. Mix together to fully coat. Tightly cover the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 1 hour. After an hour, take the foil off and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until starting to brown.
