BBQ Asparagus
Beautiful British BBQ asparagus served with our Mellow Yellow Mayonnaise. A lovely side dish to enjoy this summer.
Ingredients
Asparagus
Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Wash and break off the woody bottom of the steam, toss in a light coating of Mellow Yellow Oil, season and BBQ on a high heat until just tender.
