Terms and Conditions – Survey 2020 Gift Pack Giveaway

 

•This promotion is only open to residents of the UK, excluding employees of Farrington Oils.

•Entry to the competition is possible via the Farrington Oils 2020 Survey, hosted by Typeform.

•Entrants may not enter multiple times. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

•Winners will be selected at random from the list of entrants.

•The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, damaged or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

•The prize is 1 x Mellow Yellow Gift Pack per winner and there will be 3 winners selected, each winner will win 1 gift pack only. The gift pack includes 1 x 250ml Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil, 1 x 250ml Mellow Yellow Classic Vinaigrette, 1 x 250ml Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing.

•The promotion is open between 9am 03/09/20 and 9am 01/10/20.

•The winners will be selected at random and will be notified via the email address provided.

•The Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.

•The winner will be notified within 10 working days of the closing date via email. In the event of a response not being received by the promoter within 5 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The promotor is not liable for any emails not being received.

•Prizes sent via post will be sent via first class delivery. Delivery dates may vary.

•By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.

•All copyright is automatically transferred to the Promoter upon entry to this competition.
