Whitworths Hamper Giveaway Terms and Conditions
•This promotion is open to all residents in the UK, excluding employees of Farrington Oils.
•Entry to the competition is possible via the following social media channels:
Facebook: You must be following both the Mellow Yellow Kitchen Facebook page and Whitworths Facebook page, then ‘Share and Like’ the Mellow Yellow competition post to enter.
Twitter: You must be following both Mellow Yellow and Whitworths, then ‘Like and Retweet’ the competition post to enter.
Instagram: You must be following both Mellow Yellow and Whitworths, then ‘Like’ the competition post to enter.
•Entrants may not enter multiple times. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
•Winners will be selected at random from the list of entrants. There will be one winner selected from Facebook, one from Twitter and one from Instagram.
•The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, damaged or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
•The prize is 1 x Whitworths hamper, including Crystallised fiery ginger, Juice locked raisins, Whole Seed range, Mixed Fruit, Chopped Almonds. There are 3 prizes available.
•The promotion is open between 3pm 31/05/19 until 3pm 05/06/19.
•The winners will be selected at random and will be notified via private message.
•The Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
•The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the promoter within 3 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
•Prizes will be sent from Whitworths. The winner’s delivery details will be passed to Whitworths only and will only be used for arranging delivery of the prize.
•By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.
•All copyright is automatically transferred to the Promoter upon entry to this competition.
