Super simple and packed full of flavour, our BBQ Chilli & Cumin Prawn Kebabs only have 3 ingredients so couldn’t be simpler, but we know you’ll be so impressed with this recipe. Using our Mellow Yellow Chilli & Cumin Dressing for a gently spiced aromatic kick, the warm heat of chilli flakes is perfectly balanced with the gentle aroma of cumin seeds. We love the addition of a BBQ’d lemon wedge on the end of each kebab, give a squeeze of this over your prawns for an extra special addition.
165g large peeled, raw prawns
2tbsp Mellow Yellow Chilli & Cumin Dressing
½ lemon, cut into wedges
Light the BBQ and let it get hot.
Pat dry the prawns with kitchen roll.
Toss the prawns in Chilli & Cumin Dressing until well coated. You can leave them to marinade in the dressing for 15 minutes if you have time as this will help the flavour build.
Skewer your prawns on kebab sticks, with a lemon wedge on the end of each kebab.
BBQ on a hot BBQ for 3-4 minutes, turning half way through. The prawns should be well cooked and pink all the way through.
Serve on a bed of rice, or with a fresh green salad.
