This is a very easy recipe. Simply mix the blackberry vinegar and dijon mustard in a screw top jar, then put the lid on and shake well, add the MELLOW YELLOW (put the lid on again!) and shake vigorously again to get it all thoroughly blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
We like to use Scrubby Oak's blackberry vinegar for this recipe. You can make plenty as it keeps for weeks in the fridge!
