Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
Combine the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well. In another bowl, thoroughly beat together MELLOW YELLOW, sugar, eggs and milk powder. Stir in the grated apple and sultanas. Then gradually add the flour mixture and beating just enough to combine all the ingredients. Spoon into Muffin tin lined with cases, and bake for around 25 minutes.
