Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Great for the summer months so make plenty as it keeps for weeks in the fridge!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons MELLOW YELLOW
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon English Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Wholegrain Mustard
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

This is a very easy recipe, simply shake the honey and white wine vinegar in a screw top jar, add the MELLOW YELLOW and all other ingredients, put the lid on and shake vigorously to get it all thoroughly blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.

The dressing is delicious drizzled over green salad or even on blanched green vegetables and served with fish.
