Blackberry Vinegar Dressing

The dressing is delicious with smoked fish and cheeses as well as on salads. Robs special tip is to put it on cheese on toast! Yummy....

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Blackberry vinegar

3 tablespoons MELLOW YELLOW cold pressed rapeseed oil

Directions

This is a very easy recipe. Simply mix the blackberry vinegar and dijon mustard in a screw top jar, then put the lid on and shake well, add the MELLOW YELLOW (put the lid on again!) and shake vigorously again to get it all thoroughly blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.

We like to use Scrubby Oak's blackberry vinegar for this recipe. The dressing is delicious with smoked fish and cheeses as well as on salads. Robs special tip is to put it on cheese on toast! Yummy....

You can make plenty as it keeps for weeks in the fridge!
