The Plight of the Honey Bee

The Plight of the Honey Bee

Farrington Oils  is pleased to support the research carried out by the International Bee Research Association.  We have provided funding to enable IBRA to provide leaflets free of charge to organisations and individuals who wish to find out more.

The decline of bee colonies has been well publisised although as yet, it is not known what precisely has caused the problem and therefore how we can go about reversing the situation.  As a proudly British producer, we have gone to great lengths to ensure that wherever possible, the quality ingredients that we source to make our delicious dressings are also British.  Sadly, due to extremely limited supply of British honey, our trusted supplier has recommended that we to switch to a european organic wildflower honey.  We are pleased to say that having tried a number of alternatives, we have managed to acheive the same quality and taste that you have come to know and love in our Honey and Mustard Dressing.  We shall revert to using British honey as it becomes available.
