This latest product is additive free and made using Eli Farrington’s own recipe. True to its roots, it is made with MELLOW YELLOW® cold pressed rapeseed oil and is uncompromising on quality and health. 

This product has been long awaited, with customers recognising the wonderful potential of MELLOW YELLOW as a base for mayonnaise. Its classic blend of cold pressed rapeseed oil, RSPCA Freedom Food free range eggs, a hint of Dijon mustard, and a lemony sharpness, make this Mayonnaise a brilliant complement to any food.
