Open to UK entrants, aged 18 years or older only. To enter, you must purchase a promotional bottle of Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil 500ml (online or in-store), visit www.farrington-oils.co.uk/win and enter your details, including the unique code from the side of the bottle by 01.10.17. Please retain details of the code. Prize: One of 20 AGA Cookshop 24cm Sauté Pans.
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and, by entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotional Period: Enter by 23:59 BST on 1st October 2017.
Entry Instructions: Purchase a bottle of Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil 500ml, featuring a promotional neck collar, during the Purchase Period in any participating store or their website.
Go online at www.farrington-oils.co.uk/win to enter your email address, full name, the store the bottle was purchased in (including online purchases), and the unique code on the side of the bottle. Unique codes can only be entered once. Any unique codes entered more than once will become void.
Purchase is necessary for all entries. Internet access is also required. Please retain details of code on the side of your bottle as this will be required as proof of purchase if you are selected as a winner.
Entrants can purchase multiple promotional products throughout the Promotional Period but can only enter a total of three times during the Claim Period, provided a new unique code is used for each entry.
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for incomplete or late entries.
Prizes: There are 20 prizes to be won at the end of the Promotional Period. Each prize is an AGA Cookshop 24cm Sauté Pan. The prize will be delivered by the Promoter once the Promoter has received delivery information from the winners.
Additional Prize conditions:
The winner must be the recipient of the prize;
The winner, who must be 18 years or over, will be required to provide proof of identity and any documentation as reasonably required to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any third–party Terms and Conditions that form part of the prize. All potential winners could still, post qualification, be disqualified as the Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners.
Unfortunately, the prize will be forfeited if the winner does not provide adequate delivery information 5 working days after being notified that they have won.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prizes from the date of receipt of the delivery information.
Winner Selection: The 20 prize winners will be drawn by a verifiable and independent random system and the winners will be notified by email no later than 3 working days after the closing date of the promotion. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners by email, should a winner not be contactable, refuse the prize, not provide adequate delivery information or be disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to a reserve winner(s) drawn at the same time as the original.
Winner Notification and Verification: The prize draw winners will be contacted via email in order to inform them of their win and verify their win within 3 working days of the close of the promotion. The 20 winners will receive full details of how the prize will be dispatched following their winning notification. The winners will be required to provide their original unique code which the Promotor will verify pre-dates the time of their winning entry as part of the claim and verification process.
Winner List: A list of the winners’ names and counties of residence will be available upon request for 30 days from 14th October 2017 by sending an email to hello@farrington-oils.co.uk.
General: The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
Any communication messages that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions.
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
For entries or claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
Incomplete entries or claims or those not in accordance with the entry or claim instructions will not be accepted.
Winners may be required to take part in marketing activity in respect of the promotion for which there will be no further recompense other than reasonable expenses.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
Entrants agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the promotion, the acceptance of the prize, and any acts or omissions of the winner.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries or claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter. The Promotor is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The Affiliated Partner will only receive email addresses of entrants that have selected to ‘opt-in’ to communications from affiliated partners at the end of the Promotional Period.
Data Protection: By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and publicise its winners and, if an entrant further consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant for up to two years. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Promotion, including the Promotion administrator, Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a Prize.
Participants personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to the use of their personal data as described here. Entrants can withdraw their consent at any time, but will no longer be able to participate.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 30 days of being informed they are a winner) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
